There is probably very few people who have not heard of the Hoya Heart, or better known as the Valentine plant and the Sweetheart Wax plant. A perfect gifting plant, the waxy leaf eventually grow into a bushy bunch of green hearts that look as wonderful as it sounds. Easy to grow and unique to look at, this plant is a keeper!
